    I remember going into the shop in the early 70s. Had this stuipd window with a complaints sign over it. Hit the bell to get some help and got the crap scared out of me. No complaints "Boomer".

    We didnt have too much trouble with complaints...between the cats, the shotgun on the wall (the obvious deterrents) we also had a 9mm in the cash drawer and if you worked the counter you wore a 38 in a shoulder holster! It was a real peaaceful place!
