Pictures from Sweden

A friend of the blog and AEE  Klaes Palmgren sent us these photos.....Tom McMullen on the Corvair Trike (could be from the film The Babysitter), Klaes filling up his chopper that is loaded with AEE parts and style and the last of our Supersport (red bike). Note on the rear of the Supersport is one of the 50 cast wheels AEE produced in the early 70's. Didn't really get production going before AEE shut down but interesting piece of history to see.

AEE chop truck completed!

AEE had a Dodge A-100 truck we used. Tom took it and built a freaky hot rod out of it for Street Roddeer magazine in the mid-70's. It eventually disappeared until a few years ago. It was found and has been restored. Here is a link to 204 pictures of it....

Drove it many times to the post office and to pick up parts but it didn't look like this...tube chassis, chopped top, blown 454 mounted amidships and so on......

That's what Paul Ponkow of Bones Legacy in Las Vegas said to me when he sent these in....are we ready for this?  Still needs clear of course but my god they nailed it!!! Notice in the seat area the photocopies they worked from, pages out of Street Chopper, off the cover of AEE Choppers catalog etc.

From Sweden a build from the 70's using all AEE parts

Looking very similar to AEE's famous Shovelhead we have Klaes Palmgren's chopper. I do not have all the details yet but he had it in the US at one point. Pictures of the bike and some of his girlfriend with one of Tom's "cat's in front of the publishing company after AEE went out of business.

Here is a recent picture of Lenny Cenotti parts manager 1969-1975. My friend since January of 1971.
Only guy I ever trusted to ride beside.
