Our buddy John out of Ohio has worked long and hard on his replica. You can now see where it is at. The latest is the sheet metal work to make the frame "square". While AEE originally had Molly mold the frame square John's painter preferred this method. Can't say either is better than the other. All I know is it looks fantastic and getting ever closer to some glorious flake and purple on it! John has gone to excruciating lengths to get this chopper to be an exact replica and he is to be congratulated on his efforts. Both Dave Brackett, the original builder of The Shovelhead at AEE Choppers, and myself have helped long distance with the build.
